Halloween eyeballs

I have been playing around with eyeballs.


They seem to be multiplying.

I think I have finally figured out how to do them. I'm thinking make cupcakes, frost with chocolate frosting, cover with crushed oreos, add half a gummy worm and place an eyeball in the center.
The best part is the gooey gray matter that comes out when you bite it:-)

Salt Lake Magazine has just come out with their 2009 Best of the Beehive awards. Chocolot is honored to be their selection for best box of chocolates in Utah.

COLORADO CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL

We are getting ready to go to Denver for the Colorado Chocolate Festival. Looks like it will be a fun show. Hope some of you can drop by and say Hi.

NEW TOFFEE BOXES ARE HERE

We have been working for several months on our toffee box. We are very pleased with the result. A huge thanks to Brett Smith, our designer, and Ryan Kendrick who headed up this project. Well done, guys!! I am not the greatest of photographers, but this will give you a rough idea of the box. The top opens up like a flower petal.

Just got the bunny molds this week and had to try them out. I think I will do some with marshmallow and some with ganache.
